In discussion question one, you created a scenario where the coach had to attempt to mitigate a situation. Imagine the organization decided to replace the coach, with one they felt was more in line with their organization and its values.

For this assignment you will review the Korn Ferry website to analyze the organizations mission, vision, and the market strategies used by the company to create a proposal for why you would be a good match for the company. Your proposal should showcase your strengths, skills, and business acumen.

Use Canva to create your business marketing material and a tagline. Apply marketing strategies, including choosing the right color scheme/pallet, branding, logos, and font. Write the section of a proposal that contains the appropriate marketing elements. The questions are short answer and should not exceed 150 words, while the proposal should be 500 – 700 words, it is not meant to be a full proposal.

Part 1: Branding

2. What is the importance of branding and how can it impact behavior?

Part 2: Proposal

Create a proposal demonstrating your understanding of the company and how to showcase your strengths, while staying true to your branding.

The proposal should also include: The name of your company, your contact information, your logo, and your tagline. Remember to choose your color scheme and font wisely and to use it consistently.

Use three to five scholarly resources to support your findings. You will be graded based on the evidence and the theoretical research or framework to support your argument or claim.
