Healthcare providers, on the other hand, may encounter moral and ethical dilemmas, compassion fatigue, or personal spiritual struggles while caring for those affected.

A community health nurse plays a crucial role in providing spiritual care in these challenging times. They can assist individuals by offering emotional support, actively listening to their concerns, and acknowledging their spiritual beliefs and values. The nurse can facilitate access to spiritual resources, such as chaplains or community religious leaders, to provide comfort and guidance.
