  1. Revise your DNP Applied Project Manuscript to reflect your project in the past tense and include the IRB approval letter for your project in the appendices. Include both University of Phoenix and practice site approvals (if your practice site required a review and approval of your project).

  2. Identify all appendices that you will want to include in the final document. Many of the appendices may already be included in the document from DNP/751. For those not already included, add them to the final manuscript. Be sure the labeling of these documents is correct within the manuscript.
  3. Prepare the manuscript for review by changing the verb tenses in each section. Your project planning and implementation are now complete and should be in past tense. It is important that tense changes are reflected accurately in the final writing. Make any requested changes by your project chair and double check your references to ensure they are all included and are properly cited within the body of your manuscript.
  4. Ensure your manuscript includes information that aligns with the content criteria outlined in the Criteria Rating Scale found on the College of Nursing Students Resources page (under the DNP section and Applied Projects).
