• Define the problem OR opportunity within the company and its impact
• Include company financial data and other relevant information to provide a bigger picture of the issue or opportunity when possible

    • the company saw a 20 % decline in subscribers
    • The company has leftover inventory, etc.
• Include figures (charts, graphs, etc.)

LITERATURE REVIEW (THIS SECTION WILL BE FULLY DEVELOPED IN YOUR FINAL PAPER)

• Provide information which will develop/address/structure your project. (i.e., Model, Theory, Competition within the industry, etc.)
• The evidence at this point will not/may not be as deep/concise/thorough however, be cognizant of multiple aspects of your project. You may find that through the development of your project that one or more of your entries do not apply however other entries fit within your scope of work. • Provide projected financial gains (think in terms of new customers, new subscribers, greater sales, etc.)

CONCLUSION

• Include a recap and summary of the key improvements for each action with a focus on the benefits to the company
• Explain limitations/issues which may interfere/delay/pose additional ramifications
