Developing Survey Questions

The purpose of this part of the assignment is to give you the opportunity to develop questions for your program evaluation. Make sure that you have read all materials before you begin this assignment. Please post your questions on the discussion board. As you are developing the quantitative questions, try to create most as ordinal, scaling, or ratio/interval questions. Of course, some questions will have to be dichotomous and/or nominal (i.e., gender).

1. Dichotomous Questions – two responses
2. Nominal Questions – no order for responses
3. Ordinal Questions – order for responses
4. Scaling – 1 (less) to 5 (more)
5. Ratio/Interval Questions – actual number for responses
