In particular, the final moments of the video where lethal force is used. You do not have to watch that part if you care not to…you can still complete the assignment with all the other information. This is a true-life event.

@ about 1:00 in…”Is the officer justified to make contact with the suspect? Why? Why not? What are your initial observations of the contact?

@ about 1:30 in…”Is the officer justified to draw their weapon? Why? Why not? Would you at that point?

@ about 2:00-3:00 in…”Do the officers have justification to chase the suspect? Should they chase? Why? or Why not? Should they just leave the suspect alone?

@ about 5:40 in…”Was the officer justified to shoot the suspect? What circumstances were developing to justify the shooting?
